Something that makes them stick. And the thing that sticks is not the thoughts themselves, it’s the way that they are formed. The way that they are formed is by our thoughts. So if we want to change our thoughts, then we need to do something to form our thoughts.

That sounds very familiar. And no matter how intelligent the brain is, it is in constant need of repair. In fact, the brain has so many repair holes that it requires constant attention, and that is especially true when it comes to thoughts.

Myself, I am quite a person when it comes to thoughts. I spend a lot of time trying to form the thoughts that I have. I also have a tendency to form the thoughts that I want to form, but I know that they are not the ones that I want to form. Thus, I use the same strategy as you do when you want to form your own thoughts. When you want to form your own thoughts, you first have to think out what you want to think.

The same is true for your thoughts. You cannot form a thought without first thinking out what it is that you want to think, and that is why your thoughts form in the first place. That said, there is another way of thinking that is similar to what I do. This is what I call “automatic thoughts.” It is a way of thinking that is as natural to us as breathing.

The way that we think is similar to breathing. We breathe in, and out. This is the same in the way that we think. That is why it is so easy to think all the sudden. It is because we are not aware of the need to consciously think about what we want to think. A second thing that makes thinking automatic is that our thoughts are not always obvious. They are not always obvious to others. They are always as subtle as your thoughts are.
